I like this image. Good moment to capture. I would like to see what it looked like in color however. It also kind of looks like you've cropped in too close... for a faster ISO, digital noise shows up more especially if you crop close without a high enough resolution shot. Maybe try shooting in RAW in lower lighting because it gives you more options and you can get away with tighter cropping. Regardless, you did well. Good work.
I love this picture. You showed a deeper relationship between a mom and son that goes past the immediate family look. It's definitely in the moment and I like that it doesn't look posed. You can feel the relationship and that's what is important for this shoot. nice aimee
I love the expression on the boys face - peaceful, content, safe, at ease, enjoying life, all things that embody friendship. I also like the idea of friendship between a mother and a son. I like how even though the mom's face isn't very visible, you can see the smile on her face. Very good. :)
this is great. i definitely see the mother and protectiveness aspect, as well as the child's wonder. the simplicity of this photo is what makes it work so well.
i enjoy the photo, especially because it is unlike everyone else's photos. i have seen the color copy and i think that i personally prefer that one over the black and white.
